It's great to hear that we have closed escrow. We have sold eight homes, and this was defiantly the worst market we have been in as a seller. Their has been nothing but bad news about the housing market since we listed our property. With very few buyers in the market, it was depressing, and looked hopeless. When we did find a buyer, his offer was lower than we were willing to go. Throughout this time your service was first class, but you really moved to the top of the class by working with us and the buyer to close the deal.

We are both very pleased. Ana & I have discussed several times how happy we are with our decision list with you. We believe you are responsible for all the traffic through the place, and without which the exposure and subsequent sale would have taken much longer. Our first open-house was Feb 03, 2007 and now barely 4 weeks later all the contingencies are removed. Thats mighty fast for a slowwwwww market wouldn't you say ? Price determines everything but I think we achieved maximum dollar value for this property at this moment /market condition. I think holding-out for 10-15 thousand more would only have lengthened the process and not achieved the extra margin. Now we are at the end of this whole deal . What a positive experience it has been.

Working with Michael Collins to sell my mother’s house after her sudden death turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made in a long time. There was so much uncertainty in my life, and with the unstable real estate market, I needed a realtor who would be able to
guide my sister and me through the difficult process of selling the home we grew up in. Michael was the perfect realtor for us. He was patient, responsive, and reliable. Michael was available by phone and email all the time, and he always made me feel as if the sale of my mother’s home was the most important job he had.
Another thing I liked about working with Michael was that he was flexible and open to suggestions. While speaking with Michael, I always felt listened to. He and I agreed on an initial listing price for the house, but Michael had other realtors he trusted go through the property and provide feedback. When these realtors suggested a
different listing price, Michael called to discuss with me their opinions, and we adjusted the price accordingly. I never felt as if I was dealing with someone who had too much ego invested in his work. He’s confident in the job he performs and knows that serving his client is what makes for a good, successful working relationship.
In the end, the house sold for more than we imagined it would with no delays or hassles at all. Much of this was due to Michael’s help with staging, pricing, and advertising the house. The other thing he was able to do was get the right buyers into the house. Michael knows the

Michael was a great asset to me in selling the condo.
